How sweet it is to be healthy


Sugar is needed by our body to maintain the energy level it requires to perform organ functions.Fructose from fruits is the good type of sugar beneficial for digestion and strengthening of the nervous system.It is a monosaccharide which is the natural form of sugar.White sugar and other sweeteners is the type of sugar called disaccharide which is known to cause cancer.The most dangerous type of sugar is the polysaccharides from modern day rice. One cup of rice is equivalent to 10 tablespoons of white sugar.It is the leading cause of diabetes in the Philippines.Unlike the rice available in early days which grows for six months which is very healthy the present day rice is chemically enhanced already. This sugar thickens the blood thus resulting to high blood pressure diabetes and stroke. Considering the fact that white sugar is sweeter than rice the level of sugar is higher on rice.
To prevent diabetes avoid disaccharides and polysaccharides.Eat fruits like papaya,guava,banana and other fructose rich fruits.Powerplus products like the power C,GSOE helps the body to control sugar level inside the body.
